I’m a wife, mom of two grown sons, a Nana, and happiest outside hiking, playing with grandkids, or being with horses. I want a long, strong, fun and purposeful life. I want that for you too. I believe aging should not mean accepting fatigue, declining health, or loss of vitality as inevitable. My mission is to empower people to take control of their health and create a future filled with energy, strength, and purpose. We can all live a full and purposeful life!

I’ve spent more than 25 years in the patient rooms where health stories end badly — emergency room, cardiovascular ICU, palliative care, hospice, and home-based medicine — including time with Mayo Clinic, Fairview, and Allina. I got very good at emergencies. I also got tired of meeting people only after their energy, independence, and joy were already taken from them.
I switched to functional medicine because so many of those patients had been told they were fine. The labs were “normal.” The body was not. Nobody had asked why they were exhausted, gaining weight, or losing themselves until it was already a crisis. I wanted the conversation that happens before that.
